We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team in Aurora, CO for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite position supports students with mild to moderate disabilities across two school sites, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Caseload: PreK8th grade students with mild to moderate disabilities; role split between two sites
Compensation
-
Pay Range: $45,000 $65,000 total for the 36-week contract

The range reflects differences based on caseload size, experience, and specialized skills

Candidates will be offered pay commensurate with their qualifications and the specific assignment
Responsibilities

Deliver speech-language support services under supervision of a licensed SLP

Implement IEP goals and track student progress

Support students in articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social communication

Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and staff across multiple sites

Maintain accurate documentation for all students served
Requirements

Active Colorado SLPA certification or eligibility by start date

Associate degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field

Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred

Flexibility to work across two school sites and multiple grade levels
